本次监督抽查针对婴幼儿谷类辅助食品中的安全卫生及营养指标进行检验。3批次不合格产品分别是：龙海市城内婴儿米麸厂生产的“龙城”多维蛋奶米麸（断奶期补充食品），菌落总数超标；漳浦县前亭家程食品厂生产的“登家程”婴幼儿营养蛋奶米麸，微量营养素不足；福建文鑫莲业食品有限公司生产的“文鑫”莲子米粉，铁含量超标。
