材料:65克 杏仁粉 ;30克 低筋粉 ;50克 杏仁片 ;60克 砂糖 ;50克 牛油,室温软化 ;2个 蛋白。

做法:
牛油和砂糖一起打发至颜色呈柠檬白。分4 次把蛋白加入,搅拌均匀。
筛入低筋面粉及杏仁粉轻轻拌匀用汤匙将面糊薄薄的抹一层在烤纸上,然后铺上杏仁片预热烤箱170C/345F烘焙5分钟,边缘呈金黄色即可取出。

Method :
Whip the butter and sugar until well-mixed and lemon white in colour. Add the egg whites in 4 portions and mix well.
Sieve the cake flour and almond flour into the butter mixture. With the back of a tablespoon thinly spread the batter on the baking paper. Place the almond slices on the top.
Bake in a preheated 170C/345F oven for 5 minutes until lightly golden around the sides.
